TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Marque Concierge
1. Agreement
By booking, accessing, or operating any vehicle through Marque Concierge (“Company”), you
(“Renter”) agree to all terms outlined herein. This is a legally binding agreement.
2. Eligibility Requirements
Renter must:
● Be at least 21 years old
● Possess a valid, non-expired driver’s license
● Provide valid insurance that transfers coverage to rental vehicles
● Pass identity and verification checks
Marque Concierge reserves the right to deny service at its sole discretion.
3. Authorized Drivers
Only individuals explicitly approved by Marque Concierge may operate the vehicle.
ANY unauthorized driver voids all agreements and transfers full liability to the Renter.
4. Payments & Security Deposit
● Full payment or deposit is required before vehicle release
● A security deposit is required and held for damages, violations, or additional charges
● Deposits may be withheld partially or fully depending on damages or violations
5. Vehicle Condition & Inspection
● Vehicle is provided in clean, inspected condition
● Renter acknowledges condition at pickup
● Any undisclosed damage upon return will be charged to the Renter
6. Strict Use Policy
Renter agrees NOT to:
● Smoke or vape in the vehicle ($250–$500 cleaning fee)
● Use vehicle for racing, drifting, or reckless driving
● Use vehicle for illegal activity
● Transport illegal substances
● Sublease or lend the vehicle
● Exceed agreed mileage limits (if applicable)
Violation = immediate termination + penalties.
7. Mileage Limits
● Daily mileage limit: [125]
● Excess mileage charged at [$1/mile]
8. Damage & Financial Responsibility
Renter is fully financially responsible for:
● ANY damage during rental period
● Mechanical damage due to misuse
● Tire, rim, interior, or cosmetic damage
● Diminished value of vehicle
● Administrative and processing fees
9. Loss of Use (VERY IMPORTANT)
If vehicle is damaged or unavailable:
Renter agrees to pay daily rental rate for EACH day the vehicle is out of service,
regardless of fault or insurance delays.
10. Accidents
In the event of an accident, Renter must:
● Notify Marque Concierge immediately
● File a police report
● Provide all insurance information
Failure to comply = full financial liability.
11. Insurance Requirements
● Renter must maintain active insurance coverage
● If coverage is insufficient, Renter is personally responsible
● Marque Concierge does NOT provide primary insurance unless explicitly stated
12. Tickets, Tolls & Violations
Renter is responsible for:
● Parking tickets
● Traffic violations
● Tolls
● Impound fees
All charges + admin fees will be billed to Renter.
13. GPS Tracking Disclosure
Vehicles may be equipped with GPS tracking for:
● Safety
● Recovery
● Usage verification
By renting, you consent to this.
14. Late Returns
● Late returns are billed at full daily rate + penalty fees
● Unauthorized extensions may be treated as vehicle misuse
15. Cancellations
● Deposits may be non-refundable depending on timing
● Same-day cancellations or no-shows = full charge
16. Personal Property
Marque Concierge is NOT responsible for items left in vehicles.
17. Right to Repossess
We reserve the right to repossess a vehicle at any time if:
● Terms are violated
● Payment is not completed
● Vehicle is misused
18. Limitation of Liability
Marque Concierge is not liable for:
● Indirect or incidental damages
● Personal injury (beyond legal requirements)
● Losses due to delays or breakdowns
19. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
